iLEAPP (iOS Logs, Events, and Properties Parser) by Alexis Brignoni is an open-source Python tool that parses iOS plist, sqlite, and log artefacts into HTML and TSV reports. It is used in mobile DFIR alongside ALEAPP for Android.
